1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ads Parkz (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Publisher", "User", "You") and Ads Parkz ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our").

2. Publisher Agreement

As a publisher on our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use our platform only for legitimate traffic monetization
• Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices

3. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Child exploitation or any content involving minors
• Violent, extremist, or terrorist content
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Copyright-infringing material
• Scams, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
• Adult content without proper age verification (if allowed under separate agreement)

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Commission Structure

Publishers earn a commission based on the revenue generated from their traffic. The commission rate is specified in your account dashboard and may vary based on traffic quality, volume, and other factors.

4.2 Payment Schedule

Payments are processed on a NET 30 basis. This means earnings from a calendar month are paid approximately 30 days after the end of that month.

4.3 Payment Method

All payments are made in USDT (TRC20) to the wallet address provided by the publisher. It is your responsibility to ensure your wallet address is correct.

4.4 Minimum Payout

The minimum withdrawal amount is $100 USD. Earnings below this amount will roll over to the next payment period.

5. Traffic Quality

We only pay for legitimate, high-quality traffic. The following types of traffic are not eligible for payment:

• Bot or automated traffic
• Click farms or incentivized clicks
• Self-generated traffic from the publisher
• Forced or deceptive clicks
• Traffic from prohibited sources or countries
• Duplicate or low-quality impressions

We use advanced fraud detection systems to monitor traffic quality. If fraudulent traffic is detected, we reserve the right to withhold payment and terminate your account.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Providing false information
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Inactivity for more than 6 months

Upon termination, any pending payments may be forfeited if the termination is due to a violation of our terms.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which includes:

• Information you provide during registration (name, email, wallet address)
• Traffic and earnings data for analytics purposes
• IP addresses and device information for fraud detection

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ads Parkz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the platform
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our platform
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid to you by us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Ads Parkz is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via:

• Email notification to registered addresses
• Notice on our website dashboard
• Updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
